Chaing Mai - cooking class

Because we loved our cooking class in Cambodia soo much we decided to dust off our aprons and have another go in the kitchen - Thai style!! 
We were picked up from our hotel in chaing mai by Ann our cooking instructor. She took us to the local markets where we learnt about different fruits, vegetables and noodles used in Thai cooking.

Have you ever seen a pink egg before? This is what a fermented egg looks like! 

We were then handed a menu and were told to pick the meals we wanted to created!!! 

We were then taken back to her home where we learnt to create these amazing meals!!
